Its been awhile since we've spoken; during this time we have been restructuring our websites and we are prepared to give you what you need....candles, promotions and of course the love that comes with handmaking crafts. This new site allows NPCC to run promotions (i.e. $ off and % off creations), which ultimately gives you more of what you love!
